Observation

The little wooden house on the playground has very splintery areas a child might grab and a few rusty screws sticking up which could cut a hand. She said that the children do not use this area and that she is going to take it out. There is a large cabinet in the children's play room and one just before the hallway that are not secured and need to be. The upper playground is slopped down toward a rock wall cliff which drops off 22-24 inches. This is a "platform" that needs a railing (36 to 38 inches high) at the edge of the cliff so that during active play the children do not step off/fall off the cliff. There is an outlet in the children's area that is under a small desk. It is not Tamper Resistant and the outlet frame is missing showing the wiring. The Electrical outlets on either side of the kitchen sink should be GFCI AND Tamper Resistant (currently they are tamper resistant only) the same for the outlets in the children's bathroom.
